The Centre offers two short-term culinary courses. 

Healthy Food

Duration : 2 days

This course aims to familiarise participants in the art of cooking healthy food. We focus on methods of preparation, garnish and plating. This course provides hands on exposure to preparing low calorie diets. 

Party Food

Duration : 2 days

This course aims to familiarise participants in the art of cooking food for parties. We go over the equipment required, raw ingredients, methods of preparation, garnish and plating. This course provides hands-on exposure to preparing food for a party.
